As a Thrombectomy-Capable Primary Stroke Care Center, our surgeons are equipped to handle all types of cases including complex and urgent neurosurgical cases.
Post-operatively, patients are placed in our Orthopedic, Neurosurgery and Spine Center with nurses and therapists trained in these specialties. For same-day surgeries, patients are sent home with a care plan to assist in a full recovery.
As an integral part of the care team post-surgery, the rehab team provides bedside assessments, treatment and education for patients. Therapy typically begins the day of surgery for optimal results of gaining mobility and functionality as soon as possible. The comprehensive program is dedicated to provide a personalized and compassionate approach to get patients ready for discharge and back to normal activity.
